I have ended up doing more then I mentioned earlier this month.

Grouping for Galleries is done but has not been pushed to live server yet. I have a bit more to do on it.

What is keeping me busy is that I changed the profile pages to be even more dynamic in content. Before when you built a page, you had a set of components that you use to built your pages from, each component "Type" could only be used once in a page. Now you can have many instances of a component "type" in a page. Also now you have more control of the components placement within the the pages that you create.

I have also been working on makeing the Cpanel Interface easier to use. I have seen several people try and get totally lost. Am gonna test it on the WIFE:)

Actually I did a lot today.

I now can pin Blog Entries on top and change the order that the Entries are displayed in. My First time using jQuery and I can see me using this same routine to enhance features in your profile/websites.

Ok, I also worked on the image Watermaking Routines, The watermark image now can be either a GIF or a PNG File. The Text watermark is now working too.

And here is the link of the SAMPLE PROFILE.... I am still working on it, But I have added more pages to the Sample Profile. There is a ETSY mini, a Calendar, an About Us, a Contact, a couple of Galleries and some other Examples of pages.Now anyone can create a profile and make it pretty and functional. I am just not the most creative person in the world.

Grouping for Galleries

This will allow you to Group one or more galleries into a group category. These groups can then be used/displayed in your pages.

The advantage of this is that instead of having to create a Page for each gallery you display, a Generic Gallery Page will be used to display the galleries belonging to this group. You still can customize this generic gallery page to look as good as the stand alone gallery pages. 

New menu types to choose from

At the moment we have 3, I want to add more, to allow you to have more choices to choose from.

I just noticed, but it seems that my little home made blog here needs a way for me to sequence the Blog Entries and maybe a way to Pin items to the top.

Anyways. This week I worked on the Menu Choices and Customization piece that will allow the Profile/Websites owners to use them. At the moment I only have 3 types, but will provide more variety of choices.

I'm also working on Content Block Piece.

The Content Block are chuncks of Rich-Text Formatted text that you can insert into any Page. It can be used for creating the Text part of a BIO page or a notification on bottoms of pages or even a News Page. The Profile/Website owners can Delete, Create, Change and use pre-made content blocks provided by the system.

Also... Am creating a SAMPLE Profile/Website, so that you guys may see what one looks like. One that has more data then just a simple Listing.

Would you believe that I am having a heck of a hard time to get someone to actually use it???? Ugh!!!!

Upgraded the infrastructure that will allow Help to be available at the Page Level.

Now I just have to write the HELP Content.

I will start with CONTROL PANEL help and then I will go down the list of main function that members tend to need help with.

How the Help Works:

Help is available at the bottom of every Page while in the Control Panel. It is also available by clicking the HELP icon on the Control Panel Toolbar

This Month I will continue to work on making the site more SEO Friendly, Lots of work in Profile CPANEL.

In the Directory Pages

1. I want to prevent duplicate Title Tags.
2. Continue adding more categories

In User Profile/Websites

• I want that profile categories to be included in the meta keywords and meta description

In User Profile/Websites CPANEL

• I just need to make it more FRIENDLY. It is very confusing at moment for a new members
• Need Some kind of User Help.

Want to do some work on my Blogger (this tool here). Yes, I created my own Blog Tool from scratch.
